Wonder Arepa, Inc. ("Wonder Arepa", "we", "us") runs the Wonder Arepa food trailer and its website and ordering tools. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, mobile phone number and, if you give it, email.
- Orders: what you ordered, pickup or delivery details, and notes you add.
- Arepa Club: points, visits and level.
- Payments: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: basic device and browser information to keep the site working.
How we use it
To prepare and deliver your order, run the Arepa Club, answer your questions and, only if you agree, send you text messages and offers.
Text messages (SMS)
We send order updates only to customers who place an order and give their number. We send promotional texts only if you opt in. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our SMS terms for how to stop messages.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business: payment processing, text messaging, hosting and delivery partners, and only for those purposes. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for your orders, legal and tax records, and your Arepa Club account.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or leave the Arepa Club, by writing to wonderarepa@gmail.com. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.

Wonder Arepa, Inc. opera el trailer de comida Wonder Arepa y su sitio web y herramientas de pedidos. Aquí explicamos qué datos recogemos, para qué y qué puedes decidir.
Qué recogemos: nombre, teléfono móvil y, si lo das, correo; tus pedidos; tus puntos y visitas del Arepa Club; y datos técnicos básicos. Los pagos los procesa Stripe y nosotros nunca vemos tu número completo de tarjeta.
Para qué los usamos: preparar y entregar tu pedido, manejar el Arepa Club, responderte y, solo si aceptas, enviarte mensajes de texto y ofertas.
Mensajes de texto: solo enviamos avisos de pedido a quien hace un pedido y da su número, y mensajes promocionales solo si te suscribes. No vendemos, alquilamos ni compartimos números de teléfono ni datos de suscripción a SMS con terceros para su mercadeo.
Con quién los compartimos: solo con proveedores que nos ayudan a operar (pagos, mensajes, hospedaje, entregas), y solo para eso.
Tus opciones: puedes pedir ver, corregir o borrar tus datos, o salir del Arepa Club, escribiendo a wonderarepa@gmail.com. Para dejar de recibir textos responde STOP.
